Musici van alle niveaus, genres en leeftijden stappen op ons podium om te experimenteren, te verbinden en vooral te genieten. Ook hebben wij iedere week een nieuwe sessieleider. Deze week is de sessieleider: Daniël Groenenboom!

De sessieleider deze week: Daniël Groenenboom

Een nieuwe sessieleider! Met drive springt Daniël Groenenboom het podium op gevolgd door een snoeiharde riff. Met zijn basgitaar en elektrische gitaar laat hij het podium trillen en verrast hij het publiek met zijn voorliefde voor metal, hardcore en distortion. Maar… bij hem zijn alle genres welkom! Als bekende bij Phoenix is hij regelmatig te vinden achter de geluidstafel, lichtconsole of in de moshpits. Maar komende zondag is hij voor het eerst sessieleider!

Hoe doe je mee?

Je kunt jezelf tijdens de jamsessie melden bij de sessieleider. Hij helpt je graag het podium op! Speel jij het liefst een cover of ga je voor een freestyle? De sessieleider brengt je in contact met andere muzikanten. Uiteraard mag je een eigen instrument meenemen, maar je kunt ook gebruik maken van ons scala aan instrumenten. Zo hebben wij diverse piano’s, keyboards, microfoons, gitaren, basgitaren, drumstellen, percussie en zelfs een contrabas voor je klaarstaan!

Iedere week een lekker zondagmenu

Deze week serveert onze chefkok Wilbert weer een heerlijk menu voor maar €5,-! Iedere week neemt hij jou mee naar een andere culinaire keuken. Houd onze socials in de gaten voor het menu!

Whether you want to jam with us or just enjoy the atmosphere. Everyone is welcome at Poppodium Phoenix! Musicians of all levels, genres and ages step onto our stage to experiment, connect and above all enjoy. We also have a new session leader every week. This week’s session leader is: Daniël Groenenboom!

This week’s session leader: Daniël Groenenboom

A new session leader! With drive, Daniël Groenenboom jumps onto the stage, followed by a strong riff. With his bass guitar and electric guitar, he makes the stage tremble and surprises the audience with his love for metal, hardcore, and distortion. But… all genres are welcome of course! As a familiar face at Phoenix, he can often be found behind the soundboard, the lighting console, or in the mosh pits. But this coming Sunday, he will be a session leader for the first time!

How do you participate?

During the jam session, you can talk to the session leader. He will be happy to help you get on stage! Do you prefer to play a cover or will you freestyle? The session leader will get you in touch with other musicians. You can bring your own instrument of course, but you can also use our range of instruments. For example, we have various pianos, keyboards, microphones, guitars, bass guitars, drum kits, percussion and even a double bass ready to be played!
