🅿️ Parking: Parking space is next to the venue: this is limited and unprotected.
Contact our production department in advance for available parking space, and times of arrival and departure. This parking space (entrance corner Speelhuislaan/Belcrumweg) is for artists only and only fits a couple of vehicles so please make sure all the gear is in a single vehicle. In the rest of the neighbourhood there is enough parking space. Parking is free in the evenings and during the day as low as €1,50 per hour.
Load in & out: Poppodium Phoenix is situated in a residential area. Loading in and out needs to be as quiet as possible at all times. Thank you for understanding. We have an emergency exit next to the stage which can be used for (un)loading materials. In order to use this door, it needs to be requested and agreed upon before the event.
Time schedule: Your show day time schedule will be advanced by the production manager.
Dressing rooms: Availability is subject to our programming. We have two repetition rooms which can be used as dressing rooms. This needs to be requested and agreed upon before the visit. Dressing rooms are sometimes shared with other performers unless agreed upon before the event. There is also a small backstage area next to the stage, but this area cannot be closed off. These rooms do not include toilets. Toilets are located in the back of the venue.
Food & Drinks: Poppodium Phoenix has no in-house kitchen. We do not provide food unless this is discussed and agreed upon in advance of the event with the production manager.
Payments: Payment goes by bank-transfer. The fastest way is to send us a pay-request through your bank or Tikkie along with your invoice or wage form. These should be sent to financien@poppodiumphoenix.nl

Technical specs: Sound Pressure Level: The maximum SPL is 103 LAeq, at the F.O.H. console position. We expect sound engineers to respect this limit.
The PA consist of: 2 pcs Turbosound NuQ152-AN active tops and 2 pcs Turbosound NuQ118B-AN active bassbins, extended with 2 pcs HA Actor AT 115A
FOH mixer: MIDAS M32 mixer or Presonus SL32 Serie lll mixer
Monitoring: 4 pcs of Turbosound TFX122N-an active monitor 1 pc PRO:LINE or Peavey floor/drummonitor

Drums: 5/6 piece Gretsch Catalina Maple drumkit. Bring your own breakables (cymbals & snare).

capacity: 250 (standing) or 100 (seated)
Dimensions stage: 4.80 x 5 m. Height: 48cm
Be careful, the ceiling is quite low while standing on stage. The gap between the stage and the ceiling is 1,92m at the lowest point. Space between floor and the ceiling is 2,40 at the lowest and at the highest 3m.

Merchandise : Merchandise tables are available for free if agreed upon in advance of the event. Acts are responsible for selling their own merch.
Guestlist: You can find the form in your event folder on our online Drive. Use this form to send in your guestlist, atleast 5 days in advance of the event, or notify your production manager. It is not possible to add guests to the guestlist at the door.
Video & photography: Please contact the production manager in advance. Poppodium Phoenix does not provide a videographer or photographer per standard.
Security : Poppodium Phoenix usually provides 1 security employee at events with over 150 visitors, but this is not guaranteed. We carefully decide wether (extra) security is needed. Security at Poppodium Phoenix does not automatically mean that visitors are searched at the entrance. Security will be present within the building half an hour before the doors open. Extra security staff will cost € 47,50 ex VAT / hour.
Confetti : Not allowed unless agreed in advance with the production manager. Extra cleaning costs will be charged. Any damage caused to property or equipment due to the wrong type of confetti will be charged to the responsible organization or band.
